Price Policy

All pricing in inserts or the web page is accurate at the time of issue.

Any typographical errors are subject to correction, and all prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

All prices are before taxes and shipping.

Color Options

All products that do not specify a chrome finish (CHR) are powder coated.

If a specific color is specified, this is the only color(s) that is (are) available.

If a color is not specified, you may choose from Black, Red, or White.

With orders that exceed $1850.00 (per color requested), you may also choose from Almond, Blue, Brown, Green, Metallic Silver, Orange, or Grey.

Without meeting the minimum requirements per color, you can pay an additional $150.00 color change fee (per color) and utilize any of these colors.

Custom colors or Pantone colors are available. Please contact us for a quote.

Payment Options

Payment may be made by the following methods:

Prepayment by check or funds transfer (subject to a $35.00 funds transfer fee unless ACH), Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Credit card purchases are subject to a 3% convenience charge. Please use our Credit Card Authorization Form.

Opening a business account with Net 30-Day payment terms: To establish credit terms with Ridge Manufacturing, your opening order must exceed $500 (before taxes and shipping), and you must fill out and submit a Credit Application for our review and evaluation. Please allow 5 additional business days for us to conduct your credit survey.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option with Ridge Manufacturing. All orders must be paid prior to shipping unless we have extended credit as outlined above.

Orders must be submitted in writing. You can email (orders@clipracks.com) or fax (803-532-4368) your PO or you can use our Customer Order Form and email or fax it to us.

Minimum Order Size

There are no minimum order size requirements (except for custom items) other than our standard box count.
Minimum quantities for custom items will be determined at the time it is quoted. Custom orders are subject to 50% prepayment prior to beginning the order. Send drawings and specifications for custom display quotes to customdisplays@clipracks.com.


When ordering, state the number of individual units you wish to order, not the number of cases. Our system will make the conversion for processing full cases of product.

While our products are available to purchase as individual units, we encourage purchases in full case pack quantities. Our case pack quantities are designed to reduce production costs and save you money on processing and shipping.

If a product is specified as being eligible for case breaks, you may purchase that product in non-case quantities. A nominal case break fee of $5.00 will be charged for each case. This helps us defray the cost of unpackaging and repackaging your purchase so that it arrives in quality condition and allows us to continue to offer low discount pricing for your volume purchases.


Volume discounts are available on most items. If you require larger quantities of an item than what is listed on our website, please call 803-532-2949 for a free personalized quote.

Resale and Tax Information

Many of our customers make purchases that qualify for tax exemption. If your purchases qualify for exemptions, we’re here to help you.

Ridge Manufacturing is registered to collect applicable Sales Tax for all orders picked up at our South Carolina (SC) facility and any orders billed to a SC or Pennsylvania address unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate. (Fax to 803-532-4368 or email to orders@clipracks.com.) If you are tax-exempt, please send a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Once an order has shipped, we cannot refund the taxes that have been paid. Please note that we are headquartered in South Carolina.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped FOB Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006.

Ridge Manufacturing can make all of the shipping arrangements on a “pre-pay and add” basis, or you can arrange your own shipping.

We will be happy to provide you with a shipping estimate for comparison.
Please note that a shipping estimate is not a shipping quote as shipping costs sometimes vary between the time of the order and shipping.

Warranties and Replacements

Ridge Manufacturing is committed to providing high-quality displays at a competitive price.
All products are sold “as is” and without warranty of any kind, except as provided herein. Please use the following procedures for the following issues.

  • Missing Merchandise: Please let us know immediately if you discover that merchandise is missing from any order you receive from us. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-741-2499 or email us using our Contact Form. After 3 business days, Ridge Manufacturing cannot accept responsibility for shortages or discrepancies.
  • Defective Merchandise: If your merchandise has arrived defective, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt to request a replacement.
  • Damaged Merchandise in UPS or Fed-Ex Shipment: If damage occurs in transit, notify us immediately so that we can submit a claim with UPS or Fed-Ex. Do not return merchandise unless we instruct you to do so. Save all packaging materials because UPS may require an inspection.
  • Damaged Merchandise in Truck Shipment: Do not refuse or return damaged goods to us. Instead, note the damage on both the driver’s copy and your copy of all delivery documents. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file a claim with the carrier. (We will assist you with this if we make the shipping arrangements for you.) If concealed damage is found, keep the carton and call the carrier to request an inspection along with an inspection report. We inspect all cartons before shipping, and the carrier is responsible for their safe arrival.


Any cancellations or changes to your order may require additional credit card processing fees, depending on how much of the order has been processed. You can avoid these fees by calling or emailing us your cancellation request within two hours of placing your order. 

Any charges for cancellations or changes to custom orders will be determined by where in the production process your order is.


Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in the original cartons and is returned within 15 days of delivery. We will charge a 15% Restocking Fee on all returns of merchandise unless the returned items have been determined to be defective. If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please call Customer Service at 1-803-532-2949 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and the return shipping address. Please provide the reason for the return along with your order date. Returns must be shipped pre-paid and insured, with the RA# appearing on all cartons. Returns without an RA# number will not be accepted.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded: Special-order production runs, custom displays, and customized products (including orders with custom text, imprinting, or graphics). We also cannot be responsible for any errors you may make when ordering a customizable product. Also, please understand that sometimes the color of a product as it appears on a website can be a bit different than the color of the product in person. We will accept returns as long as you and the product conform to our return policy.


We process most returns within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation or mailed credit notification once your return is processed. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit or debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your billing statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit or debit card company directly.


We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item than what was ordered, simply place a new order and return the items from your first order, following the guidelines of our return policy.
